The Line at the Shangri-La, Greenhouse at the Ritz-Carlton and Triple 3 at the Meritus Mandarin are 3 of the best buffet dinners in Singapore. A little costly, but I'd say they're worth every penny.

Too many to name, whats your budget?
The top hotels all have great buffets on Sundays for around 50 to 70 Singapore Dollars, the best being at The Grand Hyatt, the Ritz Carlton or the Beaufort in Sentosa. Many also do buffet lunches throughout the week at about half that price, the Conrad and the Fullerton to name just two.
A slightly different concept is Movenpick at two locations, Suntec city and Orchard road which you pay by the dish.
