I'm 24 and have noticed small wrinkles beginning to form around my eyes (probably due to sunbathing). I don't think I should use something too strong since I have n't hit thirty yet. Can anyone recommend a product for me to use that can be purchased in the UK?

I'm almost 25...and have been using Aveno's radiant skin brand on my face and neck...it has an SPF of 20. Also, I love neutrogena's "bright eye" cream....it helps with under-eye darkness and is supposed to help with wrinkles.

But, if you're really worried about your skin aging, the best advice I can think of is to ALWAYS use sunscreen with at least an SPF of 15. Most facial moisturizers have an spf in....but wear if everyday...whether the sun is out or not. If you want to be tan, there are so many good skin darkening/tanning lotions on the market. I love Aveno's that is a gradual tan. Great....for a wedding I went to this fall, I applied it twice a day and got a great and natural very golden "tan" from it...and unlike some tanning lotions I've tried...I've never had a problem with it streaking.

Hope this advice helps, but I'm from the US and not the UK...but, I would think these products would be available online if not in your area.

You should certainly invest in eyecream. I am 25 and I have tried a variety of creams from clinique and Mary Kay. I think clinique make great moisturizers and you can try them out at the dept store. The Repair Wear Eye is what I have been using and I think it is wonderful! We are at the age where preventing wrinkles becomes a concern and with proper skin care we can go along way!

Anti Ageing Skin Care
Internal and external skin ageing occurs due to a slowing down of collagen formation. Internal ageing is also referred to as intrinsic ageing and external ageing is extrinsic. This begins while we are in our twenties. Initially it is not noticeable as it takes place at a microscopic level. Internal ageing is characterized by wrinkles, dry skin, less sweat, brittle nails, less sweat, gray hair and balding. External ageing occurs due to environmental factors such as stress, smoking, ultraviolet rays. Repetitive expressions on the face and a faulty sleeping position too are major factors, which lead to us becoming old ahead of time. A major contributor to skin problems is the destruction of the ozone layer, which leads to us being affected by the sun's harmful rays. This can be remedied by using creams and lotions containing sunscreen with adequate protection. Smokers, while even in their twenties, can show signs of ageing like wrinkled skin, etc. The skin on the neck and the face too appears as though it is leather.

I'm going through the same thing. So far I've been using Philosophy "Help Me" after reading it reccomended in "O" magazine. Avon Anew also makes a duo eye lift product, with a gel for the lids and a heavy cream for under the eye.

Avon makes a great line for the pre wrinkle stage, called anew retroactive. It is supposed to be the most hypo allergenic one Avon has too. It smells nice and is not too oily like most. It reverses and defends against the signs of aging.(fine lines and wrinkles)

Clarins do some lovely stuff for the wrinkle prevention in younger ladies! They have a really nice eye serum too, if you go to the beauty counter they will tell you which is best for your skin type.
