Motorola C261 Help?

I have got a new phone. Its saying that the message capacity is full.. and there are no messages in my inbox or my outbox or drafts. Its saying that there is 0bytes Please help me i cant send messages... I dont think i can recieve either.. I have looked in the manual but cant find anything to help.

How do I fix this?

i think you probally should send it to the retailer to get it repaired
