i want to host an international talent contest ,with a difference,but do need investors as well as directors?

i'm based in south africa,entered a ;lot of talent searches,but spot something every organiser seems to forget,however i need directors in other countries as well as investors,you will make thripple the amount you will invest in the first year we launch this contest.
