I've met the greatest guy in the world, we are very close and will be friends forever regardless of if we get together.. and he loves me to bits yet he says he can't offer me a committed relationship because he is scared that he just cannot stay faithful, he is a very sexual person and NEEDS to be with other women, as much as he would love to stay faithful to me and for us to give it a try.. talk about confusing a girl..! :(

What he said is probably true. It's nice of him to be honest! He could get involved with you, and then break your heart, but he chose not to. Anyway, you have to respect his decision!

I know it certainly seems like that a lot of the time, doesn't it? I will admit that from a guy's point of view things are often quite similar to what you state. However I am convinced against personal experience that there exists a good woman that is still available.
A guy does not 'need' to be with other women if he truly loves you. Drop him, and remember that not all guys are him. There is someone who would love you the way you need to be loved and you should avoid settling even though this fellow may have seemed so right.

what do you mean 'really good man'?? What's 'good' about a married man checking you out? or a womaniser who's always on the prawl and can't, won't and shan't commit to you. I don't see why you are choosing to be confused, it's all very clear dear you ain't enough for him ie he hasn't met the one, yet. So he'll keep looking - crystal clear now???
