In my opinion P plate drivers. At least the L's have someone with them to give them advice but there are some P drivers who think that now they have a licence that they know it all. (Note I said SOME P drivers not all.)

who knows people are stupid i just hope some of the idiots on the road kill themselves before they kill innocent people
