seems out of your description that the door could desire to be shorter than the backside ingredient of the ceiling whilst it quite is totally open. degree the width of the door. Use that measurement to degree into the room from the door's hinge place. My bathing room door is two feet extensive different doorways in my abode are 30". those are 2 worry-unfastened door width sizes. ok so enable's say your door is going to be 2 feet extensive. degree from the hinge ingredient into the room 2 feet and positioned a mark on the floor. Then degree up from the floor mark to the ceiling at that ingredient. ok now you have the top of the door. enable's pretend that measurement is 4 feet in case you opt to attitude the door then the inward area of the door will use the top measurement you in simple terms calculated. The 4 foot measurement would be of the top of the door on the latch end. Make a mark on the door on the latch end at 4 foot. Draw a line on the door from the 4 foot mark lower back in direction of the tip of the door with the hinge and make a decrease at this attitude. you would be wanting to substantiate your door is stable wood.

Go to a glass firm.

A customer made glass screen, full height, toughened glass, 8mm thick with ground edges is about £200.

They will have it cut it to any shape for you. As its toughened it'll have to be ordered ( about 10 days for most firms )

Keep away from bathrooms shops, they will want about £800

I would suggest you buy curtains that are very long, they are pre made and also have a big hem (where you can run the rod thru) and just cut them to the size you need... cost effective and also can get lots or pretty designs and colors you may like.

DO NOT try and cut a square (glass) one, they are made from toughened glass and will shatter if you try.
