Ok, been in your shoes a few years ago. Take it easy, if you want to build up your body, this is not the right way.

First of all you are over tranining, u did not mention how much you workout your muscles but I assume often and a lot.

- Do not spend more than 3 hours in the gym - 2 sets of muscles at a time. So for example go for shoulders and triceps and that is it for the day. The next time to work these muscles is 3 days later and so on.

- You need at least 1 day break every week - normal is 2
- It is not the amount of food you eat, it is the quality. Eat a lot of protien needed for muscle buildup
- Drink a lot of water

Now, you are doing 2 things that are wrong;
1- Over training
2- Diet

Decrease the intensity immediatly, your muscles need to rest in order to grow. You are burning them instead of nurturing them.

Do not over eat nor change your food habits for the sake of body building. You will change your body's metabolism for ever and u will regret it later.

Overall, just take it easy. Get some professional help, I now counsel young body builders and all of them start of on the wrong foot, eager to quickly grow their muscle. This takes time and patience, so take it easy.
