Might be a problem with your video card drivers. Maybe try going to the manufacturer's website, and see if they have an updated driver. Sounds like the video clips you're trying to play is causing some kind of critical errors and causing your video card to spasm (and most likely rebooting your PC).

Your L-2 cache is set to low set it to 10000 kbs. your comp should handle that if not back it up in increments of 10 until it is stable. this will greatly enhance the performance across the board as well.(if you can't do this , go to fresh devices.com and download "fresh UI" and play with the tweaks there, and it's free.) While you are there "fresh Diagnose" (it's free too) will tell you everything you need to know about your PC and has great benchmark test to tell you how yours stack up against others that have the same set up so you can spot potential problems before they happen.

If your computer hangs or reboots while you are working on it , it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes. Detailed instructions at http://tinyurl.com/yk5zpr

sounds like you are running out of virtual memory clean out your cookies and run scan disk and defragment then try windows up date. if you have a lot of photos delete them and delete any games you dont play that will free up some memory. also i would do a virus scan.
