1 Head is starting form in any programing that can display Instruction.

2 Header is like this LIBRARY OF CODE WHICH IS PREDEFINE: ISO.h, console.h (this means put writing or graphic on screen) and so on

3 Page header is like Score page, Flash page, whatever you want user to see

Page footer like windows STATUS BAR WHERE YOU CAN PUT SOME INFORMATION FOR USER.

Body is Actual building blocks of game and coding where all the Instructions for the game to function.

If you are new in programming (i didn't understand the question so well), don't try to make games yet. It can just confuse and discourage you. Learn the basic, then the advanced, THEN program games. I'm learning programming for 6 years now, and I still find it very hard to make a good 2d or 3d game (2d's not so hard). It takes a lot of time, work and effort!

perhaps you should instead create a topic entitled "how do i properly ask a question?"

i think that will be more useful to you.
