Arnica will bring the bruising out quickly. Available over the counter in any Chemist.

Well you are doing the right thing by resting the foot,apply a cold compress that will also bring the bruising out more and should help with any swelling,any further problems seek gp advice.Good Luck

Soaking it in water with Epson salts in it can help. Also, if ice doesn't help, heat can sometimes help it to feel better. If it is a deep tissue bruise, it could just take awhile to heal. You can also try taking an anti-inflamatory - such as asprin, tylenol or such. Good luck.

the only thing u can do is put some ice on it for a bit that will help it some. then i would just get something for you shoe a sole cusion that would help make it less sore

try soaking your foot in magnesium sulphite crystals, beware they are moave in colour,but change to brown when they are mixed with warm water.only soak foot for no more than 10 minutes, otherwise skin on your foot becomes brown stained. this is also a good remedy for smelly feet too. you can obtain these from any good pharmacy.alternatively soak your foot in warm witch-hazel.

rub some iodex and ice on it and massage it for 10 minutes every day till it gets better. by the way.....you can find iodex at walmart :D

put an ice pack on it - this will help to reduce the swelling and numb the pain
