I'm sure there are ways - but to be honest, if they are blocked by your school's administrator or their web host, then hacking through the firewall protection is probably not in your best interest. Even if you find an alternate proxy, they can still track who did it and when. And I wouldn't be surprised if they caught you and banned you from using the computers. Or if you are in class, if they didn't find some other kind of punishment. Why not just keep it for times when you aren't in school.

websites can be blocked either in the local machine or in the proxy or the firewall to which your system is connected and accesing the internet.

If it is blocked in the local machine, you should be an administrator to unblock the sites. Go to tools->internet options->content advisor in IE and remove all the blocked sites. (Think you require a supervisor password.)

If the websites are blocked in the proxy or firewall, you cant do anything you do something in the proxy or firewall to unblock the websites by logging in as administrator.

Use proxy sites like www.kproxy.com

If the proxy site is also blocked, try opening it through secure connection...

That is use

This usually does the trick.. but even if this doesn't work, try another proxy site, and repeat the process..

Once you get through to the proxy site, you can give the web address you want, and the site will re-direct you to that site through their proxy servers...

Type the url as below in the address bar of your browser. Or copy and paste. And replace "www.openthis.com" with the address you want to open.

http://www.google.com/translate?langpair=en|en&u=www.openthis.com

(www.openthis.com stands for the URL you want to open)
