people generally say Bill Gates yet the debate between Bill and some oil tycoons is questionable and there could be others with enough wealth and dubious souls to hide from the public especially during wartimes .

as the other's say, bill gates, but if you think of families (which alot of people leave out, I would prefer to be part of the family that started Walmart. - Bill's $60b don't compare to the 5 walmart family children who own $20b each (for a total of $100b)
