work camp they monthly visited in Germany during WWII, should the holocaust have an honest historical inquiry to counter the thought police who incarcerate vocal dissenters?

Like the camps were unaware of the inspection from the Red Cross?? Please, they knew ahead of time and had plenty of opportunity to clean it all up before the officials arrived.

I believe an honest questioning of any and all subjects should be promoted as a search for truth. Those who defame or worse incarcerate persons with a different view should look in a mirror and ask: why do I feel so strongly? Is my position solid? Am I afraid I may be wrong in part or whole? Can I accept the right of others to express their point of view? If I should disagree, can I back up my position with solid evidence?

Concerning the holcaust, no hard evidence: no mounds of ashes, no crematories, no human soap, no human skin lamp shades, no credible demographic statistics. Auschwitz, captured after the war by the Soviets, was modified; one room reconstructed to look like a large gas chamber. Fred Leuchter, America's leading expert on gas chamber construction and design, after examining Auschwitz and other facilities, stated it was an "absurdity" to claim they were or could have been used for executions. Auschwitz, as all others were internment centers; their workforce (inmates) manufactured things for the war effort.

Robert Faurisson, Europe's leading holocaust revisionist scholar, has stated: the alleged Hitlerite gas chambers and the alleged genocide of the Jews form one and the same historical lie; for physical and chemical reasons, these gas chambers could not have existed; the Germans wanted to EXTRADITE not EXTERMINATE the Jews to Madagascar; Adolf Hitler's weapons of mass destruction (gas chambers/gas vans) existed no more than do those of Saddam Hussein.

It is estimated that 300,000 to 500,000 Jews died in concentration camps from recurring typhus epidemics, starvation, and lack of medical attention.

Study the evidence. Then ask yourself if Professor F. Littell is correct when he said: "You can't discuss the truth of the holocaust. That is a distortion of the concept of free speech. The United States should emulate West Germany which outlaws such exercises."

These are Nazi's we're talking about here. If there were Red Cross inspections, I'm sure they saw exactly what the SS wanted them to see, and nothing else.

If the hundreds of thousands of eye witness accounts are not enough proof of the holocost, perhaps you should do some research into the Nuremburg trials or read "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich". The Nazis were very fastidous record keepers, and in the end the most damning evidence of the holocost were their (the Nazis') own records of it.

The Holocaust existed, you demoralizing Nazi white trash idiot. Over 6 million Jews, 3 million Eastern Europeans, 500,000 Gypsies and undisclosed numbers of patients from institutions. Anyone with serious health problems, a disability or mental illness could be euthanized.

I don't doubt it, but I don't like how the word "holocaust" has been hijacked as though THAT is the only event in history that it is synonymous with.
I mean, if you look up the word "holocaust" in the dictionary, you don't see a picture of Auschwitz.
