It means that you take care of some value which is important for you,by taking actions and handling so that protecting others interest. In another word instead to take care about your self you have a collective perspective and feel ,think that individual can not be implemented without understanding others-think because you can not be totally liberated while some other people around you in your (work,city,community and all of the world)suffering!!.
Responsible is collective thinking and even new definition among liberals because we all different and have different resources and ability That is why it is important to be responsible.
