The Inhertance of Loss will mean Loss's Inheritance, i.e. Inheritance that belongs to Loss. This violates the rules of grammar and makes the name unidiomatic.
Observe that 'the top of the table' means the table's top. An adj. phrase can be introudced by 'preposition + noun/pronoun.
