Im wondering when u goto a lab and give them a blood sample they tell u wat blood type you are. Like A, O and stuff like that. Just wondering how do they test that? Do they add a special chemical to the blood and it changes color or something like that?

Is there any way tp test it at home?

There are reagents added to the blood sample and determination if the blood type will be based on color changes and agglutination reaction. There are many available blood typing/grouping kit which you can buy and do the test by yourself at home. Check out this link for an example of a kit which details of the test are also elaborated:♥
