Violation? Not entirely in the sense of law, unless of course it is harrassment or slander.

But there are many violations of kindness and humanity - each time we belittle or berate another, we also degrade ourselves too.

Yes, it's a violation of your delicate feelings. When did we, as a society, become so sensitive with anything that we don't agree with?? We have become little marshmallows.... delicate, tender little things..
