Roman Catholic is different in away from Anglican. Although both belongs to christianity, they are distinct from each other. In fact, anglican is quite the same as roman catholics. They differ in their ideas concerning the pope, priesthood among few others.
Now, to answer your question whether you're suppose to marry a person other than those from your religion. The bottom line is love. If both of your trully love each other, then religion isn't suppose to be an impediment for your to marry. Neither your religions (RC and A) prohibit inter religion matrimony.
If you trully love each other, you'll find ways to compromise some of your differences. You will even respect each other's religion. Gone are the days when we have to do things according to the dictate of our religion. We have free will anyway so why don't you use it.
My relationship experience the same dilemma but never has it came to the point that our religion's differences obfuscated our love for each other.
cheers.

The Anglican Church was created by King Henry the 8th so that he could divorce Anne Bolen, as the Roman Catholic Church does not recognise divorce and the Pope refused to grant an annullment.
Things have changed over the years to caused further separation between the two churches, but when it comes down to he basics, they are still the same church. The Anglicans are just more liberal, that's all.
I don't see a problem, to be honest. If you chose to marry in the Catholic church, you will have to agree to a few things.
1) You must take marrage lessons.
2) You must agree to raise your children in the Catholic faith.
3) You must convert to Catholasism.
You might want to convince him to marry you in the Anglican church so you guys don't have to deal with all that crap. Just ask your priest to conduct a High Mass wedding service, it will be formal enough for the Catholics, and make every one happy.

Anglicans are Roman Catholics but under a different title. The only real difference is the view on divorce, where in the Catholic sense it is against doctrine, while in Anglican speak you are allowed under certain circumstances. Marry the guy if you love him, don't worry about his religion

The two is moer or less the same, i think all religions are, just the formalities are not the same.
If you really wanna get married you would and not ask this Q becuase if they are the same or not how is that really going to make an impact on your Feelings for him?
The real Q you should be asking is why am i looking for ways to get out of this?

for me Yes.. i still marry him.. becoz no matter wat his religion will be still he's the one i choose to spend the rest of my life with.. i dont have any idea in angelican religion.. but both of you can talk and settle this religion thing.
Here in the philippines have diff kind of religion but once they get married they talk on wat or who religion they want to remain..
ex. roman catholic will marry a muslim, one of the both parties will give way of who will convert into a muslim or in a roman catholic so that they can get marry..
it matter of give and take relationship. this will also test the true foundation and love of a healty relationship.
