I know this Ques. will create panic in hearts of many.But it is important to know since we are living in world where many minds and brains are working.Some are lover of democracy while some not. This Ques. will help in clearing those peaceful clouds under which some strong charge is generating.

What a question to ask? No one would liked to be called as an autocrat, but even they might have done some good job. Who knows?

Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini are internationally colored dictator. But during their period lots of people, especially from their own country supported them. Eventually some German is now starting to reevaluating Hitler in a positive way.
Some Bosnian-Serb leader is known killer. Some Khemmarooz-Combodian leaders know as butcher. And literally they are so.
Recently in Myanmar, former Burma, pure autocrat ruler is ruling for a long time. Their democrat opposition leader Nobel peace prizewinner Su Chi is not living her free life.
Similar situation in Libya, we did not know any existence of opposition leader there though.
In Sudan, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Congo peace is not there. Unbelievable poverty is compressing the people rudely, but their rulers are fighting to hold the power, huge numbers of people are dying unnecessarily. And World is discharging the responsibility by deploying some UN peace keeping force in some country.
There are numbers of name in Africa, Asia and some Europe also but they are not appearing in the international level or influential media is not interested to covering them.
