I suggest you stay up and then crash tonight. i do it all the time. it can be hard for you if you dont do it that often.its hard for me to fall asleep, so here is what i do... i get what i need done and lay down, then i think of something that has happened in my life recently or in the past. or something you would like to happen. daydreaming. i usually fall asleep shortly, sometimes longer depending on what i did that day or before i went to bed, after i start. ive been doing that since i was 8 year old. and im 26. if that doesnt work try other things. everyone is different. something is bound to work for you. either way good luck to you.

Suggestion don't fall to sleep now. You are in a state of what I would like to call the "home stretch." If you fall a sleep now you are going to get very groggy, and a whole other sleep pattern may occur. You may think that if you fall asleep now later that night you will most deffinitley fall asleep. That is just not true if you sleep now it will seal the deal, and the next night this will happen all over again. Don't sleep and you will most definitley crash later tonight. Drink plenty of coffee, and do some excerise. Clean the house or something...This is great time to get done what has been needing to get done.

me personally?...i wouldn't go to sleep at all if i only had 4 hours. if you just stay up, you're bound to get your second wind. if you go to sleep now, you might not wake up! at least that's how i work:-)
