I have had this pain in my right lower region in my back....I though it from drinking caffeine or something so I stopped 2 days ago now it's kind of worse, every time I breathe in it hurts when I don't I don't feel anything it's kind of like getting punched in kidney or something, I'm 25 and haven't done anything that would jeopardize my health in a significant way also I had just had a Hepatitis test Aids test and Extensive blood work recently CAT Scan all over my body I'm just wondering what else it could be if the doctor's haven't found anything

I would say a pulled muscle, or a pinched nerve...But, If it hurts every time you breathe?? Go to the doctor! Breathing is kind of important.

Could be a kidney infection, or simply back strain.
When you have pulled muscles in your back, it hurts to breathe.
