this is kinda gross, but serious...

My "fun-hole" is really tight right now. I love it...my fiance loves it...woo woo woo.
PROBLEM

Im pregnant, and my mom says that i can only have a c-section if its an emergency. Not bc shes telln me what to do, just bc "the dr wont allow it".

ANYWAYS-
Will the hole shrink back down to its normal size and tightness after i have a vaginal birth?
(ive asked 2other ?'s that are similar within a 1/2 hr...sorry). THANKS!

These days you can ask a doctor for anything you want and C section incisions are way better than 10 years ago
And any woman who says that your vagina will be exactly the same is lying or in Major denial

I just answered your last question so I thought I'd answer this one too.

I have one son (he was 7 lbs 7 oz) and I has a miscarriage 6 months prior to getting preg with my son. My vagina didn't tighten all the way back up to the way it was. It never will. But you can do vaginal exercises 3-4 weeks after giving birth that might help it a little but it will never be that tight again. Sorry!

For the record... whenever you post a question with the words, "Vaginal" and "Help"... guys will answer.

=)

Oh and as for the question.. I really wouldn't worry too much about it. From a guys point of view, "tightness" is really not that important. I mean, if you're as loose as all hell.. then yes of course it matters. But for the most part, that is the LAST thing on our mind, "Wow, this 'fun-hole' isn't as tight as it used to be" Hope this somehow helps you in any way. Good luck with your baby.

Depending on how big the baby is and what happens during your labor. If you choose to have natural labor with no problems (episiotomy, use of vacuum or forceps) your "fun-hole" will go back to close to its regular size. After you have your baby these worries will go to the back of your mind (at least for awhile).

You really need to discuss these questions and fears of yours openly with your obstetrician or whomever you are seeing (i am assuming you are seeing your physician regularly). Your doctor should have heard all these questions numerous times before and will likely discuss it professionally with you and dont leave the office until you feel like you are satisfied with what you have been told. Write down your questions and concerns before you go to the doctor next time. I know when i was pregnant you get forgetful sometimes.

By the way...tell your fiance if he wants back in the "fun-hole" his *** better be waking up and taking turns in the middle of the night changing diapers and getting the baby back to sleep. ; )

I think its important, even now before the birth to practice pelvic floor exercises and also after the birth. Within 6 weeks it should all be back to normal .The amazing female body!

Yes, but only if you are willing to put some work into it. There are exercises called Kegal's that strengthen your vaginal muscles. It is recommended that you do them to prepare for the birth (less chance of tearing, and a quicker delivery), and they will also get you back into shape down there afterward. Congratulations !

Me again...aha, it is the stretched out theory! YES, it goes back to normal. All of these women are telling you the truth! Kegals, Kegals, Kegals, and that extra stitch for daddy helps a little psychologically for both of you...but it is the Kegals that'll do it for you! Which would you rather live with? A large scar across your abdomen, permanently....or a bit of stretching that will go back to normal?

Mine did. Start doing Kegels now, and as soon as you can after you have the baby. And some docs do add an extra stitch to help it along. I did Kegels way before getting pregnant, to make sex better. It's still that way. Just start doing Kegels, and keep doing them.

Since this is probably your first baby, more than likely you'll need stitches. I always hear husbands joking that they will tell the OB to add in one extra stitch to make it tighter than before. lol You will shrink back to your normal size but it could be tighter.

It's different for everyone. I haven't had sex since my son was born so I can't tell about me. However, a friend of mine said that it felt as though she was a virgin all over again, and it even hurt a little more. I guess because of scar tissue. I dunno.
