the british brought dissentions between the hindus and muslims and divided the country based on religion.also their policy of divide and rule led to growth of communal parties and communal riots in india.they convinced muslims that india is a country only for hindus.this dissatisfaction has led to terrorism in india with muslims claiming that they are fighting a war for their religion.the ayothya case,blasts at jama masjid,parliament bombing,blasts at the main markets of delhi near diwali last year all tell us about the growing terrorism in india.
