Well..This has been bugging me for over a year. Seriously, I know I should of got over what he told me one time. He said "No matter what whether we're on another level or not you'll always be my girl." So now there's Yahoo Answers. So I had to ask yall out there. Tell me in your words what you think that means. And no me and the guy never went out. It's just what he told me. Yea I did ask people, but they're answers weren't to explainable.

Seeing as you never dated this guy think he's just trying to say he'll always be there for you.......but if this has been bugging you for a year why don't you just ask him to explain himself????

He meant that anytime in the future he'll remember the good times you two shared together. The ( another level )I beleive he meant that if you were either apart, or long past, he would be thinking of you enough to think that you were special as a friend or whatever.

Most of the time. I personally felt that ladies are much more sensitive than guys.
Guys' words of expression can be bad... did you ask him what his words meant?
I have heard of a good old joke....:
A lady woke up and saw her husband grumpy... not smiling and not talking..... then he left for work...
she thought to herself," did i do anything wrong?",
then she thought again,"must be i forgot his egg should be sunny-side up...",
she thought again,"is it becos i did not allow him to drink last nite?",
she thought again," must be his work, he must have been scolded by his boss... it could not be me.. i did not do anything..."
finally, she think so much that she could not take it.... and once her hubby came home... she ask him,:" did i do anything wrong?".. the husband was surprised.... and did not know what she was referring to... then the lady made a big fuss here and there...
finally, when things calmed down, she told him about his unhappy face in the morning.. the husband just smiled and said,: "dear, it was nothing to do with you, just that Liverpool has lost the match last nite...."

I take it you are no longer together? He means that you both have to think the same, do the same things and agree everything with each other. If you are no longer together it is a good thing, it sounds to me he is a control freak.

you know, the only person who can give you the answer you are looking for is that guy.
if you rely on what "we" would tell you, you'd probably have a wrong impression of what he meant.
so ask him instead to avoid all sorts of misunderstandings.

why you asking people online? why don't you ask HIM what HE meant when HE said that? makes sense to me to ask him himself then total strangers
