I had two miscarriages and two births and am pregnant with my 3rd. Nothing takes away the fear you have, the slightest thing is going to make you worry, so take a deep breath and do your best to relax and know some cramping is normal in pregnancy. Your body is changing, shifting, growning and moving for your baby and well your baby is cramped at times so you are going to feel the babe move and push too.

The pros tend to say that your first trimester is when you are at your highest risk for a miscarriage, however it can happen later on (one of mine happened at 16 weeks). Follow the general rules, no smoking drugs, alcohol. You should be fine. Here is a tidbit of info one of my doc's gave me that most people don't know the average woman has 1 to 3 miscarriages without ever knowing she was pregnant, because they happen so early on.

Again RELAX and enjoy being pregnant (some days that is easier said than done, I know) You will be fine take care of yourself and talk to the doctor about any and all concerns, that is what they are there for, and if they are annoyed by this, you don't have the right doctor. Don't forget write down concerns and questions because by the time you get to talk to the doc, you will have forgotten half of them...

CONGRADS!

The first trimester is the time when a miscarriage is most likely.

Wow, three pregnancies in less than twelve months - has some situation changed so that this pregnancy is a welcome one now?

I hope this pregnancy works out for you, but you aborted a baby just 9 months ago, it seems to me that you are not sure if a family is what you want right now.

Good Luck

A little bit of cramping during pregnancy is normal. Your uterus is stretching. You should try and relax. If you see blood or your cramps get worse, call a doctor. It's actually not that likely to miscarry again after a single miscarriage unless you have health problems or something.

Did you have complications after your abortion? Do they know why you miscarried your last pregnancy? You usually are safe from miscarriage after 16 weeks.
