what could happen if the marriage did never exist?do u think it could be just the same?

yes, its a soul bonding thing. you dont need a peice of paper to say you love someone. its like doves, do you see them getting married? lol

I think that there would always be some type of marriage. If the legal sense of marriage never existed, there would still be pair bonding where both partners, or one partner or the other would not want to share their significant other with anybody else. So in most relationships there would still be a sense of monogamy, respect, and duty to the beloved.
Relationships wouldn't be the same without official marriage...IMO, simply because that once you're married, it adds an indescribable dimension to your relationship. I guess that it could be described as a mixture of partnership and ownership that's recognized by the rest of the world.

No; because marriage is a Holy Bond of matrimony. Without marriage the Holy Bond cannot be created. The title is no longer called marriage it is called "shacking up".
