I have booked ticket with PNR No; 001 URP. i wish to cancel one name. Clarify my doubs.

Visit www.indianrail.gov.in, www.irctc.co.in for more details. go to refunds u willget all the details than shooting mails which are of no use.
If u had booked the tkt online go to cancellations then cancel the name and a new tkt will be generated.If its an e-tkt then if the name deleted is the one who is to show his id card for verifiction, then give another persons id card for id verification.

Visit the website of the concerned railway or goto the railway booking office and get that person booking cancelled using standard cancellation form.
