There is no time when it is 100% sure that you wont get pregnant. You could use birth control pills or condoms or both to be on the safe side. (but remember if you just use the pill then make sure that you dont have sex without a condom for at least the first month after starting the pill) Have fun

Use a condom. That's about all I can say. Yeah, it may not be exactly the same, but it's better than getting an STI or pregnant. Although abstinence is the best form of birth control, condoms work really well also. And they make ultra thin ones so you can't even tell that it's there. Trust me, it's better not to risk miscalculating when your period will come, and just use a condom. Better safe than sorry, and that saying couldn't be truer than when referring to an unwanted pregnancy! Good Luck!

Use a condom or make sure you are using/taking something else to prevent pregnancy - the condom is the safest way to protect yourself against diseases AND pregnancy. Otherwise you could become pregnant there's no certainty about times and everything because I think it depends on you personally, you can get one those kits that tell you when you will be able to conceive and just don't have sex during then.

There is no time that you can not get pregnant.Someone told me when I was younger that having sex when you are on your period you can't get pregnant. Well guess what? I did. Always use a condom along with some other sort of birth control.

you can get pregnant at any time if you have unprotected sex. i'd use birth control and/ or condoms. if you can't get birth control find out if you can get the morning after pill somewhere. do you have a Planned Parenthood anywhere where you live?
I would also suggest waiting till your 18, just so your parents wont freak.
