I bow to Yvan S. While I don't agree with either him or the questioner, I do respect a well pondered answer.

Personally I feel the intellect of which you spoke so eloquently is likely a mask concealing a multitude of sins.

So in answer to your question NO, it is a bad idea. Just paint it off white and be done with it.

This question is so complex and can be approached from so many different perspectives: politics, religion, psychology, history, semiotics, art, natural sciences, literature, etc... For ages people have asked the same question. The truth is nobody knows!
