Well since most horses do not have the mental issues that casue men to need Cialis I do not think it would make much difference.
It could cause some blood pressure problems and the horse might pass out or something.
If you are so intresed in looking at horses when they are hard just ahng out at a farm with a stud horse. Most studs like to show themselves off.

I would definitely be moving my horse out of that barn ASAP!! Unfortunately, I know all about the ****** boarding directors, so just know that you're not alone in your struggles!!! As the board directors are not upholding their end of the deal, you do not have to stay, nor do you have to pay, as long as you have evidence should anything ever transpire out of it. I would take a plastic baggie of the hay, lots of photos, and get my vet to check it out just to be sure. As it's summer now anyways, is there any way you could leave your horse on outdoor board, even for a few days until you have time to arrange better board? If your horse is grazing she shouldn't need hay - not that she'd eat it anyways if it was that mouldy - just grass and her normal grain ration. Finally, if you're concerned perhaps you should consider contacting your local humane society - this definitely sounds like inadequate feeding so the SPCA or humane socity might have something to say about it. Good luck and remember you're not alone!

It is not a good idea to give a horse any human meds, the reaction could kill them. If you horse needs help for a breeding problem call your vet.

Are you curious as to what a horse erection looks like?
If you want to see a horse with an erection check out this website:
http://www.zoofur.com/horses.html
I hope it satisfies your curiosity so that you don't do something stupid such as wasting your money and possibly hurting a horse by giving him a drug developed for humans.
