After switching from netscape.net to aol mail I can't "pop-up" and see my e-mails anymore. It's not my pop-up.

I'm having the same or similar problem with Outlook. I have a dial-up and I can send e-mails, but I can't receive them now.
My mail account isn't full either. Any ideas to try?

Call you internet provider. You are paying them for full internet service and they will talk you through settings etc. to make it all work correctly.
