1. right click on the internet explorer icon on your desktop
2. click on properties
3. hit the general tab on the top
4. click on the settings button in the temporary internet files section
5. click on view files
6. let the folder open and then select all using ctrlA.
7 hit delete on your keyboard.
if it asks to delete cookies....say ok
here you go ....
if the problem is still not resolved you need some professional help and virus remol.
