Try doing a cleanse of your digestive system for at least three weeks to six weeks.

Take 1 Tablespoon of whole psyllium husk and mix it with your favorite juice. Start by taking it once a day...then twice a day, and then three times a day. Psyllium husk has the ability to grab the undigested food in your gut that is causing the gaseous condition. Add a tablespoon of chlorophyll to the drink. You will need to drink more filtered water every day so that you will not become constipated.

You may be experiencing a food allergy. You can try the elimination diet. Wheat is a common culprit, and you can develop an allergy to wheat at any time in your life. Try eliminating wheat from your diet for a couple of weeks. It is extremely difficult, as so many things have wheat in them. GO with veggies and rice and meat and maybe rice crackers if you're a cracker-aholic like me. Try food enzymes. Bean-O works very well for bean flatulence. Or eliminate beans altogether and see if that helps. Not knowing your diet, it is difficult for me to make further suggestions. Good luck! Hope that helped a little.
