Oregon. It is very green here. We live very close to waterfalls and rivers. The ocean is 45 min in one direction and high desert 45 min in another, and tall snowy mountains 45 min yet another direction. But, it's the long rainy season that keeps it green, so that can be a bummer after awhile

Hamilton, New Zealand. It's not my hometown.

It's a dump: narrow minded and unattractive.

Best thing- 1 coast is 40 min away, the other is 1 hr15min. Mountains 3-4 hours.

And as soon as you leave the city you're not in Hamilton anymore which has got to be a good thing!

I live in Brisbane now. I like it because it is much closer to work - that extra sleep does me wonders. I used to live in Ipswich and what I loved about that most was the my grandfather did most the of the plumbing for what was once the country town of ipswich which is now a city.

Dizz, I grew up in a small city the place anybody knew us or our mom and pa. I lived in a small Canadian city for college and enjoyed each and each and all the museums and paintings galleries and theatres tec. yet relatively might want to now no longer comply with residing in a city. Used to get excited on the bus trip homestead jointly as i might start up seeing extra advantageous forests and rock cuts of the Canadian guard. confusing components for me with city existence have been athe anononymity, human beings walk via one yet yet another devoid of even assembly one yet yet another's gaze. All that cement and pavement and so little green and grass etc. The noise. The smells. the dimensions. :) Thank God i'm a u . s . woman!

A small town in Tx. What I love is that I can get anywhere I need to go in under 5 minutes. Unless it is tourist season, and then it takes me 30 minutes to get to Wal-Mart which usually only takes me 2 minutes to get to.

I live in the middle of nowhere, Northern Canada. There is nothing I like about this place, except for the fact that my husband likes it so much. He grew up here, has great business plans for here, so we stay here for him! If it wasn't for him, I never would have stayed here as long as I have. It's secluded and lonely and I don't like it.
