I don't hate any of my bosses.

Most people do not hater their bosses but there are obviously some who do. Even though they hold a more superior post, I think it would be down more to a clash of personalities rather than the fact that they may be your superior or earn more than you. Some people dislike colleagues too and not only their bosses.

If you are upset about your rota, speak to your boss. They may have made a mistake and unless you raise the subject with them they will not know that your are unhappy.

Probably because they have been wrongly chosen by their superiors who themselves are no good at their job.

Promotion, in any form is a responsibility not a reward, and the first part of that duty is to see that the company's objectives are met. In most cases this means increasing productivity at less cost.
The first way to tackle this is to ensure the person responsible is allowed to do his job, and here you will find he usually isn't.
Most workers keep the system going by working around or underpinning the system's errors.
Most supervisors and managers haven't the knowledge of what their staff are doing in detail anymore than your next door neighbour.
First line supervision and management in the U.K. is incompetent at best and ignorant in the extreme.
Only through the worker can boardroom's wishes be made to work.
Supervisors and management are a part of the work-flow not its superior beings.

Does your contract or written terms and conditions of employment allow your employer to change your shift pattern in this way with little or no warning??? - If, then he is in breach of the terms of your contract - you then have a choice - either: (a) Tell your employer that you are NOT changing your shift pattern again at short notice and you are abiding strictly to the terms specified in your written terms and conditions, (b) resign and claim at an Employment Tribunal that because your employer has breached the terms of your employment you now find that intolerable and therefore consider that by that breach he has constructively dismissed you.

People shouldn't hate there bosses!
It's your choice to work for them and make them rich!
Also bosses have financial education which is why they can use people with no financial education to help them.
Read a book called rich dad poor dad- it will explain all!
