Take a look at the book "Writer's Market". This is an extensive collection of publishers for all genres and types of writing. You didn't mention if you were looking for a publisher for a novel or a short story, for instance, or what type of sci-fi you have written (some publishers will only deal in hard sci-fi).

Bantam, DelRay, St. Martin's Press, Larkstone Publishers for a few. There are also lots of e-book publishers out there. :)
