It is child molestation if an adult puts something inside a child. (I am thinking your meaning a certain female area.) No, it does not make them a sl*t. No not everyone does that. Very few do. They are called child molesters and sexual predators! Check your local statutes of limitations on sex crimes against children. They may not have expired and you may be able to file formal charges still! The burning is still a part of child molestation, probable child endangerment attachment. Sometimes adults will not listen to children say no. The best thing is to report it to someone they can trust with this like a teacher or school counselor. The authorities need to be informed about this kind of stuff. Minimally, you need to make sure this offender is listed as a pedophile, so they cannot do this to another child. Check with your local DA's office to see what the options are too. They will be able to tell you the statutes and what can or cannot be done at this point. Also, if there are others that this person abused, it would be good if they would talk to the DA (District Attorney) also. If there are children in this person's presence, the DA should also be told about this!
I'm sorry you had to go through that honey. I hope I was of some help! I hate to even think of people treating children like this. I also hope that you have done what is necessary to make sure you're okay.

It is called child abuse
Sexualized forms of child abuse (ie child sexual abuse) is essentially rape.
Burning a child is child physical abuse.
Children never deserve that sort of thing and there can be devastating effects on their mental health.
Years later you can still file charges. Local laws vary as does the statute of limitations so ask the police in your area or seek legal help.
I think it is okay and a right and proper thing to bring the perpetrators of such abuse to justice. However, be aware that the people who are abusers in this way are often cowards and bullies and will respond abusively to anybody who confronts them. They often will deny that things happened and it can be difficult to prove and a traumatic experience for the victim to have many of these things brought out in the open.
The most important thing you should do is to seek some counselling. Getting your own head straight is the first and most important thing to do. Then go and sort out the abuser(s).

When any adult touches a child where they are not suppose to it is child abuse and it is not normal. If you said no then it is definitely rape and child abuse. I feel really bad for you.Now you have to be strong. Don't let the person who did this to you win. Even though it happened years ago. Just remember you are someone special because you survived and are talking about it. Some people keep it blocked inside of them.

It is child molestation of the worst kind and I would think it would be rape since a child does not consent. Burning down there!!! Child abuse. Report this ba.... to someone. If you don't, he'll keep doing it to another child. He is a real sicko! God bless you for putting this out to us. Who is this jerk anyway? Beating - abuse! How can they say no? NO, NO, NO!!!

'They do allow people to come forward around 10 years later. This is because lots of woman think they are at fault because they got raped, or our embarrassed or ashamed, so they allow i believe it is 10 years for people to come forward. If you are ever raped again, go to a hospital immediately, don't shower or anything, and doctors will use what is called a rape kit, to gather up evidence that you have been raped.
Try talking to a therapist or guidance counselor or health teacher, or someone you trust for personal advice.

Since this is your second posting of this same question, sounds like you definitely have unresolved issues with the abuse. I would seek professional help to try to relieve the apparent torment you seem to have. No one should be abused and no it's NOT okay....
Good luck....

um...that's a lot of questions...but...yeah, it's rape or molestation if anyone puts anything inside anyone else without their consent
As for the term "s l u t," we're trying to get rid of that because it reflects a double standard.
They are demented if they burned and beat you as well.

it is DEFINATELY physical as well as sexual abuse. yes you can do something years later. it's not like you could have done anything as a child! this person needs to be incarcerated so they don't do it to anyone else! it is your duty to report it. and it is in NO WAY the fault of the victim (you).
