Easy way: practice using larger sticks than normal. Hard way: attach ankle weights to your wrists while you paractice. Good luck.

practice, use ur wrists and try to push urself. once uve gotten a comfertable speed w/ ur wrists, learn to use ur fingers, this will give you amazing speed. AFTER u learn wrists.
