Every race has it's own and soemtimes unique physicakl caracteristics. Look at the shape of eyes, hair colour etc.
To some extent, penis size also seem to differ from race to race. The AVERAGE size of a BLACK person is bigger than of a White. And the AVERAGE WHITE seems to be bigger than an asian. There is however in relaity small differences, with the result that an Asian with a LARGE penis, will still be bigger than a Black with a SMALL penis.
AND in reality, size does not really matter that much, unless you are exceptionally small or exceptionally large.
