You could be in the middle of a war and still be at peace. Peace is a state of mind. All can attain peace. Jesus said "peace I give you. My peace". Just look for God, and peace is just at arms reach away.

I think not. The idea of "this is my land" makes it about impossible. And then there are agressors that want to take land that's generally agreed to belong to another group.
