There's a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Long Beach called "Eggs, Etc" and they serve biscuits and gravy with their breakfasts.

For Mexican, there's a place called Enrique's on PCH in Long Beach that is divine. Always a wait, but worth it.

Biscuits and gravy at Norms, not much of a hole in the wall but it's good.

Mexican Restaurants - El Ranchito in Huntington Park, Newport Beach, Long Beach...

Super Mex in Lakewood and 2 in Long Beach
