sounds weird... but use a lipstick that's a bit green. Will tone down the red as they are color opposites. Other suggestions would be to keep your lips protected behind a scarf and never lick your lips... that should help limit the chapping.

I guess you could try to cover them with something, but why? Natually red lips? mmm-mmm. You're always one step ahead of everyone in lookin hot!
Part of the problem is that in the winter, you're less tanned too so your lips stand out more. And the whole temperature thing affects skin shade too.

Try a lightly tinted lip balm with shimmer in it. It will reflect light and make your lips look lighter.
Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer has some great colors that don't make your lips look like you just stuck them in a vacuum cleaner and it'll keep them moisterized and soft!

Here's what I do....Instead of regular chapstick, I use vaseline to moisturize my lips. It's cheaper because it comes in a big tub and it lasts forever. Ok, so put a thin layer on your lips and then follow by dabbing a little bit of liquid foundation on your lips with a make-up sponge. Then add another thin layer of vaseline to add a little bit of glossy shine, or you can add your favorite clear or tinted lipgloss.

properly is you have been beginning up or concealer you may continually in simple terms positioned basically a splash on your lips and then upload a coloured gloss or a lipstick of any colour and then gloss it up. in case you want you may upload an olive/ green based beginning up for you lips. basically positioned basically a splash on a q-tip and positioned it on your lips1 reliable success!

The simple way is to use chapstic, or ponds cold cream, this will make the lips look dull and also protective.
dont use all that lipstics etc what others of said, its just harmful and rubbish.

You're lucky. Slap some lip gloss on them and beautify them instead of feeling self-conscientious.

Use dark-coloured lipstick or wear a sweater to warm you up, I think it's reddening because of low temperature
