First off as a fellow Tigers fan and a resident of Detroit, nothing will happen here. Secondly, Moe its not the Pontiac Silverdome, get with the program, its Ford Field and they have been there like four years now or something like that. Also, Detroit WILL Win the World Series and be known after this baseball season as the best in baseball.

Your info is wrong. The town was really burned in 1967, lots of people died as well, it was a full scale riot. National Guard camped on the field at Tiger Stadium. In 1984 there were a few drunks getting an early start on what is known as Devil's Night, when lots of crack houses are burned down. They were not "Tiger fans." We Tiger fans will have a lot of fun while your team is playing winter league already. Sounds like sour grapes.

Being truthful, when I read this question my first impulse was to say that us White Sox fans did'nt do any damage after last year's series win, but I remembered how the Bulls fans went ballistic during the bulls championships. Detroit can take care of it's own, why don't you just sit back and enjoy the games ?

Yes. If you have ever been to Detroit you will quickly see the similrities between their people and the monkeys from the Wizard of Oz. They are basically cavemen with handguns
