I found madgets in my kitchen from a pile of trash that was in a plastic bag but i'm not sure what i can do to make sure they don't come back. I killed the ones that i seen but i'm ot sure how long they were there so i bleach everything that i could in my kitchen i just don't want them to get in my refergator.

They shouldn't get in the refigerator, if it's clean.
Maggots only come from rot. Keep the place clean.
