Rape is sex where one partner is unwilling or unable to state that he or she is unwilling. A case like that would DEFINATELY be rape. "No" mean NO, bottom line.
To me, a sl*t is a female who is promiscuous beyond all belief. The girl in this case is not a sl*t. No woman is a sl*t for saying no, no matter what she did before the incident.
Technically, a woman loses her virginity when she has her first sexual penetration by a man. But here's the thing - in a case like this, it is NOT the girl's fault that she has lose her virginity. Anyone who would hold this against her is sick and not worthly of her.

No she is not a slut. she should call the police and have him arrested. When she said no. He should have stopped regardless if she was kissing him or not. He took advantage of her naiveness.
A 14 yr old girl is not emotionally equipped to handle such a situation. Get help. Get Counseling. Call the police and make a report. GO to the emergency room to be examined and also tested for any diseases.

People usually answer this as that she has physically lost her virginity, but say that she should still consider herself a virgin because she has not had consensual sex.
She should be encouraged to report the rape and to seek medical treatment for tests for STDs and HIV.

If someone agrees to having sex is one thing and then being scared and not wanting too then that's another. When someone forces themself inside you it is raped. A girls body is saying no and it can rip her insides all up especially her cervix. I had severe lasterations to the cervix when i was raped. So yes this is rape

No, but if this is true the person who did this needs to be reported to the authorities. If this is true, most likely the girl was not the first and will not be the last.

This is definitely rape. You said NO!!! although you were younger than the guy. He obviously knew better. You are not a slut. I am sorry this had to happen to you. But you are not to blame.

If that's extremely happening, why do you nonetheless bypass over to the buddies homestead? I propose in basic terms provide up going over there and in the experience that your buddy asks why in basic terms tell her you experience uncomfortable these days. i could in basic terms provide up going all jointly. Invite her on your homestead or dangle out exterior the homestead.

No means No. She needs to talk to a parent, guidance counselor, or an adult that she trusts about what happened. What this boy did to her was wrong and he needs to be reported for what he did. What happened to her was not her fault.
