Yes, a visa is required for nationals of the republic of China in order to gain entry to Morocco. Everybody, Chinese or not, needs a passport to go there. I think you mean visa, I don't know the answer to that one. The only people that can still fly all the way around the world without a passport are the French, and only if they fly from French colony to French Colony.

coming legally to Morocco is not a problem: list of Chinese citizens are opening shops in Morocco for 2 years now.
