I really like my boyfriend tyler. He is a great person. It is hard to find a guy that treats me the way he does. He treats me really good. He expresses his feelings truely to me. But the thing is he does pot and i dont like that about him. He said he was going to cut down on it. i trust him. But i dont know if he can cut down like he said he would. is it possible to cut down that quickly. i dont know what to say or do to him. he told me what a realationship means to him. that a realationship to him is sexually active or somthing like that and well i dont want to get that involved. he told me if there is no sexual realationship then i would me a boring girlfriend and there shouldnt be a relationship. i love him but i dont know if he loves me back but he always says he loves me and well he never really hangs out with me at lunch time at school. he goes to hang out with his friends to smoke cigerettes or pot. i am only in 11th grade.he is a year younger than me i dont wanna lose him.

You're young, and if you're not ready to take the relationship to the next level, don't feel bad about not meeting his needs. If he's not willing to wait and respect that, then you should move on. You will find someone that will.

A relationship is not sexual. Don't fall for that. He's just trying to get steady action from someone he thinks will be willing to give it to him. If he really loved you he'd wait until the two of you were married, and he would have quit pot already. He might just treat you well and make you feel nice so that you won't squeal on him for the drugs. He is not worth it. This is a choice you have to make, but don't choose him because you're afraid of being without him or what he'll say about you. You're still young and you have the chance to find someone who deserves you and won't try to bring you down. Please, for yourself, think about this before settling for less than you deserve.

Young lady get rid of him. He don't love you. He is using you for sexually pleasure . You see he told you what a relationship means to him. It shows you he don't care about you at all . He told you that you would be boring if there wasn't sex involve. Ditch honey find you someone that will appreciate you for you and not for sex. If you don't want to get involve. Then get rid of him . He is a snake in the grass. Oh yeah he loves you alright. He loves you because you give him what he wants. He don't love you for you. Honey I rather lose him than get hurt in the long run. He is going to ditch you. when he fines something that he thinks is better than you. Believe ditch him. He is only going to hurt you.

He said you would be a boring girlfriend if you didn't have sex sounds like he's pretty boring if that's all he sees in a relationship he needs to grow up and find out there is more to a relationship, like can he group words into a sentence to create a conversation have him look it up because I don't think he knows that four-syllable word. and if he keeps up the pressure tell him to j.o. with the other hand it will feel like a stranger ;)

well, Me personally I think you sound mature, but you are too young to throw away your future on a guy that doesn't sound that into you but for sex. You need to stand up for yourself and tell him that you are a person with feelings and that if all he wants is sex he can jack off with his buddies if they are more important than you are! if he really loves you he would be patient if you aren't ready for sex not try to dis you and tell you that a good girlfriend would give him sex. That is crap if you ask me! Don't give in to him cuz he will just hurt you in the long run. Hope that helps!!

Let him go. Sounds to me like the pothead is telling you anything and everything he thinks you want to hear just to get you to sleep with him. Actions speak louder than words. If he is not even hanging out with you at lunch time, then how interested is he really into you?

I got so sick of this with my boyfriend that i ended up just saying "its either me or the drugs" (i was fully scared that he was going to choose drugs over me but i was willing to take that chance because i didnt want the guy in my life to be a drugo...thats just not the sort of life i wanted for myself. And if he choose drugs over me then he obviously wasnt worth it! Sooooooo i gave him the choice...to either give up for good OR i was breaking up with him....and guess what...he chose me!!
