When they can be independent, financially, mentally and sexually.

Financially means, you can earn ur own $$ and enough for buying urself a tombstone in the future.

Mentally means, ur action is being able to adopted by other ppl in this world, so you wont end up being in jail or got chopped in 10 pieces and became Sharks feed.

And Sexually.............it does not refer to wanking ur own dick........

Maturity is the ability to control anger and settle differences without violence or destruction. Maturity is patience. It is the willingness to pass up immediate pleasure in favor of the long-term gain. Maturity is perseverance, the ability to sweat out a project or a situation in spite of heavy opposition and discouraging set-backs. Maturity is the capacity to face unpleasantness and frustration, discomfort and defeat, without complaint or collapse. Maturity is humility. It is being big enough to say, "I was wrong." And, when right, the mature person need not experience the satisfaction of saying, "I told you so." Maturity is the ability to make a decision and stand by it. The immature spend their lives exploring endless possibilities; then they do nothing. Maturity means dependability, keeping one's word, coming through in a crisis. The immature are masters of the alibi. They are the confused and the disorganized. Their lives are a maze of broken promises, former friends, unfinished business, and good intentions that somehow never materialize. Maturity is the art of living in peace with that which we cannot change, the courage to change that which should be changed -- and the wisdom to know the difference.

A person is matured when he or she is not going to do any wrong things and being responsible for their actions. Maturity can not be measured by age. Anyone can be matured early if we have enough education and good parenting. Happy always....

Okay a mature person is who can act and react to something that is wrong, someone who knows what is right from wrong, not someone who has things that adults should have those are just materialistic things. Immature people who think they are mature one minute and says they are but does something that is not mature that is a hypocrite.

Number one would have to be actions; if they act like a child-interrupt people, have no respect for anyone else-you size a person up quickly. Self-control is another indication of maturity. It seems age and experience, one is better able to reel in those impulses that youth seems to act upon.
