Where can I get a chart that shows age and acceptable cholesterol levels ?

It should be under 200...but there are different factors to consider. There is "good" cholesterol and "bad" cholesterol. Your age, weight, sex and family history are also important factors. See the American Heart Asociations website below for more information...or ask your doctor. Lower the amount of meat you eat...will help some too.

The AMA said that Cholesterol should be below 200 and above 240 is a danger sign for heart disease. So you need to get that down.
